Our Seven Step Purification Process:
1: Carbon Filtration- Water is fed through a series of activated carbon filters to remove chlorine and chloramines.
2: Sediment Filtration- A 5 micron sediment filter removes any particulate matter in the water.
3: Reverse Osmosis- Water is pressurized to 200psi, and passed through special membranes to remove over 95% of impurities.
4: Distillation- The filtered water then enters into a Vapour Compression water distiller. This is the cornerstone of our process, allowing us to offer you water of unmatched purity and taste.
5: Ozonation– Ozone (three oxygen atoms bonded together) is a powerful oxidant that sterilizes the water, then reverts to oxygen in minutes.
6: Ultraviolet Light- Prior to dispensing, the water passes through a UV lamp to ensure that the water is free from any harmful bacteria.
7: Monitoring and Testing- The water is monitored for quality both in house, and by independent labs to ensure the water is always pure.
